At Tennessee Bernedoodles, family is at the heart of everything we do. Our Bernedoodles are an integral part of our lives, providing us with unwavering strength, devotion, and love. We believe that everyone's life can be enriched by the companionship of a Doodle.

Our journey began when Gunner, our first Doodle, joined us during a challenging time, offering support and comfort as we navigated mental illness and treatment. Inspired by this experience, we founded Tennessee Bernedoodles with the mission to bring peace, comfort, and joy to others through our puppies. We hope each of our puppies can heal hearts and spread love to all they meet.

Hi! I'm Jet Skidmore, the heart behind Tennessee Bernedoodles. I'm thrilled you found us! As a passionate dog lover, mother of four, and caretaker of five fur babies (and quite a few chickens), my life is full of love and activity. When I'm not cheering on my kids at their sports events, I love meeting new friends and learning their stories.
I started Tennessee Bernedoodles over two years ago, and it has been a journey of growth and joy. The families I meet, the wonderful dogs I care for, and the continuous learning about genetics and breeding have enriched my life immensely. My commitment to kindness and improvement drives me to raise the best Bernedoodles possible.

A CROSS BREED OF A POODLE AND A BERNESE MOUNTAIN DOG; BERNEDOODLES ARE AFFECTIONATE, LOYAL, FRIENDLY, AND INTELLIGENT. THE PERFECT PUP FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO ADD A COMPANION TO THEIR HOME.
australian labradoodles
A cross between the Poodle, Cocker Spaniel and Labrador Retriever initiated in the 1980's by Wally Conron of Royal Guide Dogs. The goal was to create a breed that had the temperament of a service dog and was allergy and asthma friendly. This journey lead to the creation of the Australian Labradoodle. Australian Labradoodles are known for their gentle temperament, non-shedding coats, and intelligence.
(there is no Australian Shepard in this breed)

A CROSS BREED OF A BERNESE MOUNTAIN DOG OR BERNEDOODLE & AN AUSTRALIAN LABRADOODLE. BREEDING THESE TWO TOGETHER GIVES US THE PEOPLE FOCUSED, GENTLE, & EASILY TRAINABLE TRAITS OF THE BERNESE WITH ALLOWING US TO HAVE THE LOW-NON SHEDDING COATS WE LOVE. THIS ALSO ALLOWS US TO HAVE THE WAVY/STRAIGHT COAT THAT IS LESS PRONE TO TANGLING, WHICH WE CAN ACHIEVE BY LOWERING OUR PERCENTAGE OF POODLE.
